Why we would like to have Member's input at the Definitions Forum on on Monday 15 March. The PACFA Training Standards Committee have reviewed the definitions for the terms psychotherapy and counselling, previously agreed in 1997, for use by PACFA and ARCAP and have provided a Report – The Definitions Survey Report. This Report is very comprehensive and sets the scene for agreement on the definitions for future use. The Report will be discussed at our March 15 Forum and PCATas will then take our input to the next PACFA Council Meeting, scheduled for 20-21 March.
